Our medical objective is to provide our clients with the best and most compassionate treatment for their animals. We want to help their animals be the best they can be, whether its purpose in life is to be a companion pet, a working horse or a productive herd bull. We believe in providing the owner with all the information needed for them to make an informed decision for their animal and then we will respect their decision. Our clinic was actually founded in 1949 as Clayton Veterinary Hospital and was originally located at 2100 South Highway 259. When Dr. Rob Thoni graduated in 1981, he joined Dr. Clayton in practice while Dr. Gene Thoni worked at various clinics in Longview and Tyler. In 1984, the Thoni's bought the practice and in 1989, moved it to its present location at 3403 South Highway 259. |
Kilgore Veterinary Associates Inc. is a three-vet mixed practice that takes pride in offering high quality services to its clientele. As a mixed practice, we offer medical and surgical services to both small and large animals. We are equipped with a complete small animal surgical suite, radiology, ultrasound and lab as well as an equine surgical suite with separate radiology and anesthesia facilities. We offer grooming and boarding facilities to our small animal patients.We also carry a full line of dog and cat diets as well as leashes, collars, toys and the latest in flea and other parasite control. 
We believe in providing choices in treatments to our clients when available and feasible.
